Stop The Clock

Beautiful color and fantastic formula. This is a great color to have for the fall and holidays

I was looking for a warm, metallic chocolate for Winter color. I jumped on Stop The Clock when I saw an Orly Ad. Perfect! Gorgeous! Exactly the shade, shine and depth I was looking for. Except... it is a surprise color, not the warm yellow-brown rootbeer it shows up as in photos. It is instead a *wine-brown color* This is an important note. I don't know why it shows differently in photos including mine, but other reviewers have noted it too. Still a really gorgeous color! Just not the color advertised. A little slower to dry and a bit more gloppy application that the non-shimmer colors. But still looks great after drying.

Color is better than the picture on line! Love this chocolate shiny shade! Too bad it didn't come in the breathable formula but took a chance & bought the recommended bond base coat. No staining, easy to apply, dried well, no chipping or any other damage. Love this for September thru next September. Looks great black, brown, greens, pinks, reds, navy, yellow, orange, purple & white! Highly recommended. Hope they don't discontinue it! Too awesome to delete!!
