So bright! One coat wonder.

No need for a white undie, and as long as you don't swipe too much off the brush when taking it out of the bottle, it can easily be a one coater. It's such a soft neon, it's bright as it should be, but not eye searing as some neon greens can be. My new favourite Neon green, for sure.
