Not so shifty

I will start with saying that this is a great color but I have not seen the shifts that so many of the you tube swatchers claimed, the color is truly just a mallard green with a bit of shimmer, application was a tad messy related to the formula being slightly thin, I had difficulty getting the correct amount on brush to work for me, I either flooded my cuticle or ran out of polish on brush trying to correct my initial brush stroke, this formula was truly fresher than my five dollar pickups
